What will we do in therapy? 

Therapy allows us to look at the problem areas in our lives in a safe and non-judgmental environment so that we can identify ways to make the changes we want. As a licensed psychotherapist, with thousands of hours of experience, I work to help you manage the feelings associated with life's struggles; identify, understand and change self-defeating patterns; heal current and past pain; discover and cultivate inner strength; and learn new ways to cope that allow you to get what you want and feel better about yourself.
